SVH-Masterchef Luc Kusters is founder of the prestigious restaurant ‘Bolenius’ in Amsterdam, co-founder of ‘Dutch Cuisine’. In 2016 he got his first Michelinstar and in 2021 he received, as one of the very few, the Green Michelinstar.
This Chef has green thumb and love for pure fresh products, favorable out of his own vegetable garden in the middle of the ‘Zuidas” in Amsterdam.
